Bring the kids downtown in costume for the City of Wartburg's annual Trunk-or-Treat at the Morgan County Courthouse.
There's a Halloween costume contest for ages 0–12. Registration opens at the courthouse gazebo at 5:15 PM, and trunk-or-treating starts at 6:30 PM.
