Drive slowly past live scenes of the Christmas story, from the Annunciation to the stable, on the church grounds in Wartburg.
St. Paul Lutheran Church presents a drive-thru Live Nativity on the grassy area beside its parking lot. Enter at Spring Street and South Church Street and follow the route past several stations.
Scenes include the Annunciation, where the angel Gabriel tells Mary she will bear the Messiah; the stable where Jesus is born; and the angels bringing the good news to the shepherds.
The route is kept low-light, so please drive slowly with only your running lights on. You'll see the scenes better, and it keeps everyone safe.
